I’m interested in pioneering new technologies and domains I haven’t yet explored. These days, I’m studying AI (with a focus on AI for security) and Web3.

My career goal is to ensure visibility into an entire organization’s security controls and associated behaviors. I believe AI can help unify these activities. This is exactly why I’ve been exploring how to leverage AI for security.

Aside from this, my main technical skills are concentrated on DevSecOps implementation. I believe that the difference in knowledge and experience among developers, security engineers, and other roles critical to a service is the most significant bottleneck to implementing DevSecOps guidance within our own environments. Thus, I’ve been heavily focused on building an Internal Developer Platform to eliminate this issue within organizations.

I was a cybersecurity consultant at a global consulting company. What I found through many interviews was that governance managers were stuck working with documentation alone, lacking the technical skills and experience to bridge the gap, while engineers were desperate to resolve the issues they were running into without any framework or process to guide them. I’m able to work across standards, frameworks, and compliance for engineering. That’s why I’m writing posts about the integration of engineering and governance.

Every day, brand-new technologies, open-source tools, and skills come out. Whenever I work with my AI agents, I feel that my understanding and knowledge are the bottleneck. A second brain, knowledge graphs, and other ontologies are effective, but I still run into the issue that my ‘first brain’ can’t keep up with what ‘we’ have created. So I’ve decided to use this blog to organize both the information I thought I already knew and any new material I encounter along the way.
